An AI infrastructure startup with a strong technical founding team and no marketing function. We built it from the ground up with them and helped turn early promise into a funded company.
Meibel had the technology and the team to build serious AI infrastructure. What it didn't have was a story, a website, or a pipeline. Investors and early customers needed to understand what Meibel was and why it mattered, quickly.
At the seed stage, that clarity is the difference between a company that raises and one that stalls.
Brought in at ground zero, we built Meibel's marketing alongside the founding team, from positioning and brand to the content engine and the investor narrative that framed the company for fundraising. We provided direction on the website, set the weekly rhythm, and pointed everything at the two outcomes that matter at that stage: first customers and a raise.
Meibel landed its first paying customers and closed a $7M venture round. The marketing we built with them gave the company a story clear enough to win both.
We had strong technology and no marketing. Ironwood came in at the earliest stage and built that side of the company alongside us, turning a complex product into a story investors and customers actually understood. It played a real role in landing our first customers and closing our raise.
