The brief

Start from absolute zero.

Fence Fanatics was starting from nothing. No brand, no website, no demand, no customers. It needed a marketing engine built and running fast, on a budget that fit a brand-new company.

No legacy to fix, and no momentum to lean on either. Just a blank page and a number to hit.

What we did

We were the whole marketing team.

With no one else on marketing, we built and ran the entire engine from nothing, working hand in hand with the founder: strategy and positioning, a website designed to convert, all of the paid media, social, and content, even the scripts for sales calls and site visits. Weekly strategy kept spend and priorities aligned as the business scaled.

The outcome

Zero to a million in nine months.

Nine months in, Fence Fanatics crossed $1M in revenue. In year five, the business hit $10M. Build the engine right the first time and the compounding takes care of itself.

We started with nothing: no brand, no website, and no customers. Ironwood helped establish the foundation that got our name, reputation, and legitimacy into the market. They built the initial marketing engine from the ground up, and we surpassed $1 million in revenue in under nine months. Now, in our fifth year of business, we’re a $10 million company. Their work played a significant role in helping us get established and gain traction early on.
